Looking Up Transaction History

Use the I/C Transaction History Inquiry to view transactions created in Sage 300 Order Entry, Purchase Orders or Inventory Control.

To look up transactions:

  1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Statistics and Inquiries > Transaction History Inquiry.
  2. Select a year and period.
  3. Specify a range of item numbers, account sets, and locations to include in the inquiry.
  4. Click the Go Go button button to view documents that match the criteria you specified.

    Items that match the criteria you specified are displayed in the table.

  5. If you want to open the I/C Transaction History Inquiry Detail screen and view a list of transactions that include an item:
    1. Select a row, and then click Details.
    2. On the I/C Transaction History Inquiry Detail screen, if you want to view information about a transaction in a transaction entry screen, select a row, and then click the Drilldown Drilldown button button.
    3. Click Close to return to the I/C Transaction History Inquiry screen.
  6. If you want to print the I/C Transaction History report, click File > Print. For more information, see I/C Transaction History Report.
