Changing Pricing Information for Single Items
You can use the Item Pricing screen to change item prices on an existing price list at any time. More...
Use the Price Lists screen in the Price/Sales Analysis Reports folder to print the items that you are changing to make sure that you have a complete list of the price lists and currencies where they appear.
To change item pricing:
- Inventory Control > I/C Items and Price Lists > Item Pricing.

Use the Finder or the navigation buttons for the Item Number field to display the item you need, and then do one of the following:
- To add the item to a price list, click New.
- To update an item on a price list, select (highlight) the item on the table, and then click Open.
- If you use multicurrency accounting and you are adding item prices for a different currency, enter or select the currency code.

If you want to assign a different item to the price list, enter its code in the Item Number field.
Note: To delete an item from the price list, select it, and then click the Delete button. If a message appears asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
- Select the tab where you want to make changes.
- Use the Prices tab to change base prices and sale prices.
- Use the Discounts tab to change discount or markup information for calculating item prices for volume sales or preferred customers.
- Use the Price Check tab to set checks for price overrides in Order Entry.
Use the Taxes tab to change tax authorities and customer tax classes for taxes that are included in the item price.

- When you are finished, click Save.
Use the Price Lists screen in the Price/Sales Analysis Reports folder to print a report of the item pricing information that you changed.
