Sage 300 Options live links provide real time interactivity between Order Entry, Ops Inquiry, and Sales Analysis.
Ops Inquiry uses OE and IC Links to allow other Sage 300 Options to communicate and share data with each other and with Sage 300 to provide up-to-the-second information on the work at hand.
- Display detailed item data as you enter/edit the item code -without the need to press a single key.
- Drill down to invoices or credit notes.
- Persistent (stays open) rather than modal (re-opens on each inquiry).
Shaded columns and the Drill-down button indicate that you can drill down to more information.
Drill down options include:
- Item Number >Item Inquiry
- Invoice Number > OE Invoice Inquiry
- Credit Note Number > MadCap:keyword term="Credit Note Inquiry" />OE Credit Note Inquiry
- Order Number > OE Order Inquiry
- Document Number > OE Invoice Inquiry or OE Credit Note Inquiry
- Customer Number > AR Inquiry Customer Inquiry
For Example:
- From Order/Invoice -drill to Item Inquiry using the item number.
- From Item Inquiry Trans tab drill to OE Invoice Inquiry or OE Credit Note Inquiry using the document number (either invoices or credit notes).
- From OE Invoice Inquiry or OE Credit Note Inquiry or OE Order Inquiry to Item Inquiry using the invoice or credit note or order number.
- From OE Inquiry drill to Item Inquiry using the item number.
- From PO Inquiry drill to Item Inquiry using the item number.
