Editing or Deleting a Change List Entry

You can edit or delete change list entries.

To edit a change list entry:

  1. On the Account Code Change screen, double-click an entry on the change list, or select an entry on the change list and then click Modify.

    The Modify screen appears. This screen is similar to the New screen, except that the action type and original account code cannot be changed.

  2. Click OK.

    The change list entry is updated.

To delete a change list entry:

  1. On the Account Code Change screen, select an entry on the change list.
  2. Click Delete or press the Delete key.

Tip: To delete all change list entries, click Clear List on either the Toolbar or the Edit menu.
