You use Accounts Receivable’s versatile Quick Receipt Entry and Receipt Entry screens to enter cash, check, credit card, and other receipts directly into Accounts Receivable.

You can also use the Receipt Entry screen to enter adjustments to selected invoices, credit notes, and debit notes while entering customer payments, instead of using the Adjustment Entry screen to record the adjustments later.
