A/P Tax Withheld Screen

  1. Open Accounts Payable > A/P Transactions > Payment Entry.
  2. Use the Batch Number field to create a new batch or select an existing batch.
  3. Enter a payment, as usual. In the Transaction Type field, select Payment or Apply Document.
  4. In the detail table, apply the payment to an invoice.
  5. Click the Tax Withheld button.

Overview

When applying a payment to invoices for which tax must be withheld, use the A/P Tax Withheld screen to view the total tax withheld for the invoices. You cannot change the information displayed on this screen.
