Paste Command

Use this command on the Sage 300 desktop ribbon to paste an object you cut or copied into the currently selected folder.

To move or copy an object:

1. Highlight the object you want to move or copy.
2. Choose Cut (to move) or Copy from the Toolbar or from the Object menu ribbon.
3. Select the folder in which you want to place the object.
4. Choose Paste from the ribbon.

This command is unavailable until you copy or cut an object.

You can copy any object and you can paste objects into any existing folder or group. Note, however, that you can only use Cut on an object that you have added to the folder or group.

You can drag and drop objects from one folder into other folders.
