Cut Command

Use this command on the Sage 300 desktop ribbon to move the currently selected object (program, macro, or report) from one folder to another.

To move an object:

1. Highlight the object you want to move.
2. Choose Cut from the ribbon.
3. Select the folder to which you want to move the object.
4. Choose Paste from the ribbon.

This command is unavailable if there is no object currently selected.

Note that you can only use Cut on an object that you have added to a folder. This means that you cannot remove the standard Sage 300 programs and reports from their original folders.
