New Report Wizard

Use this wizard to add a report to the active folder on the Sage 300 desktop, or to edit the description, path, name, or icon for an existing report.

To add a report:

  1. On the Sage 300 Desktop, click Object > New > Report,

    Or

    Select a report icon, then click Objects > Properties (or right-click the icon, and then click Properties on the menu that appears).

  2. Type a description (label) for the report.
  3. To select a different icon than the default, click the Change Icon button.
  4. Type the name of the file that contains the report or click Browse to display the folder where the file is located. Select the filename, and then click OK.
  5. Click Finish.

    A new report folder appears on the Sage 300 desktop.

Note: New reports added from the desktop are not available when you view Sage 300 on the Web.
