New Program Wizard

Use this dialog box to add a DOS or Windows program to the active folder on the Sage 300 desktop, or to edit the description, filename, or folder for an existing program.

To add or edit a program:

1. On the Sage 300 Desktop, click Object > New > Program,

   Or

   Select an existing program icon, then click Objects > Properties (or right-click the icon, and then click Properties on the menu that appears).

2. In the Title field, type the name of the program as you would like it to appear.
3. To select a different icon than the default, click the Change Icon button.
4. Click Next.
5. In the Command field, type the name of the program file, including the path and file extension, or click Browse to display a list of files and folders, and then select the filename from the list.
6. In the Working Directory field, type the name of the directory where the program files for this application are located (this is where new files will be placed).
7. Select Display On Web Desktop if you also want to use this macro when you open the database on the Sage 300 Web desktop.
8. If you select Display On Web Desktop, enter the macro address (URL).
9. Click Finish.

   A new program folder appears on the Sage 300 desktop.
