Print Preferences (View menu)

The Confirm On Print option on the Preferences dialog box lets you control the print destination, the paper, or other options each time you print a report to a printer or a file, rather than accepting default options

If you select Confirm On Print, and you use Printer or File as the print destination, the program displays a dialog box that lets you confirm your print settings before each print job, as follows:

• If you print to a printer, you confirm the print setup information and the number of copies to print. (Click Setup to change the printer setup. Click OK when you are ready to print.)
• If you print to a file, you confirm the name of the print file folder. (You can browse to another folder, or enter its name. Click OK when you are ready to print.
