I/C Locations Report
Overview
The Locations report lists information entered to define inventory locations that are used in your Inventory Control system.
When to Print
Print the report when you add, change, or delete locations, or when you want to review the address, phone numbers, and contacts for each location.
Information Printed on This Report
For each location listed, the report shows:
- Location name and address
- Telephone and fax numbers at the location
- The date the location record was last maintained (edited)
- If the location is inactive, the date the location was set to Inactive status
- Contact person or position at the location
- Segments of your general ledger account numbers to which you post transactions for locations that use the Override G/L Account Segments option
