The Item Structures report lists the information entered in your Inventory Control system to format item numbers.
When to Print
Print the report after setting up your Inventory Control system, and when you add, change, or delete item structures.
Information Printed on This Report
- Descriptions of each segment composing an item structure.
- The characters you use in the structure as prefixes to item numbers, or to separate segments of item numbers.
- The total length of the item structure.
- A sample item number that uses the corresponding item structure.
