Printing the I/C Bills of Material Report
The Bills Of Material report lists the component items and quantities required to build the master items in your Inventory Control system.
Before you start
If you want to include the latest costing information, run Day End Processing before printing the report.
To print the Bills Of Material report:
- Inventory Control > I/C Setup Reports > Bills of Material.
- Specify the order in which to list bills of material. More...
- Specify the range of item numbers, categories, segments, or optional field entries to include in the report.
- To include the unit cost and assembly cost for each of the component items and the total assembled cost (based on the average actual cost), select Include Costs for Each Item, and then specify a location in the Location field that appears.
- To list components for items that are themselves built from subassemblies, select Include Component BOMs.
The report will list components of subassemblies immediately below the master component item.
- Click Print.
