P/O Mailing Labels Screen

Open Purchase Orders > P/O Forms > Mailing Labels.

You can use the Align button when printing to a printer. This button lets you print a sample copy of the mailing label to check that the labels print properly on preprinted forms. (If the mailing information does not appear in the right places, ensure that the forms are correctly inserted in the printer.)

Click the Print button to print the mailing label.

Enter the range of purchase order numbers for which to print labels.

Select this option to print labels you have already printed.

Select this option to print labels for returns for which you selected the Require Mailing Labels option when you printed return forms.

Use the Select field to choose whether to print labels for purchase orders or returns.

Use the Use Label field to select a mailing label format.

Purchase Orders ships with two standard labels.

  • POLABEL.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 12 labels [2-up].
  • POLABELP.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 14 labels.

Use mailing labels to attach address information to envelopes in which you are mailing documents to vendors and to shipments you are returning to vendors.

Mailing Labels Print Formats

Purchase Orders ships with two standard labels.

  • POLABEL.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 12 labels [2-up].
  • POLABELP.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 14 labels.

You can either use the label format that comes with Purchase Orders, adapt it to your needs, or design your own.
