All reports in Purchase Orders use SAP Crystal Reports®, and have the file extension RPT.
You can:
- Modify any report using SAP Crystal Reports® for Sage 300.
- View previous tabs in the Print Preview screen without having to restart the report.
- Attach reports to an e-mail using the E-mail print destination in System Manager.

Export reports (for the Print Preview screen) to a large number of formats, including:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
- Data Interchange Format
- Excel 2.1, 3.0, 4.1, and 5.0
- HTML
- Lotus 1-2-3
- ODBC
- Text
- Paginated test
- Columnar text
- Rich Text Format (RTF)
- Word for Windows
- Lotus Notes
- Microsoft Mail
Modifying Forms
To modify or create forms or repots, you must install SAP Crystal Reports® for Sage 300.
