O/E Price Approval Screen

  1. Open  Order Entry > O/E Transactions.
  2. Select a transaction entry screen, such as Order Entry.
  3. Select a detail line in the table.
  4. In the Price Approval column heading, click the Zoom Zoom button button.

Enter your password.

Enter your user ID.

Overview

If price checks are in effect and an item's price is outside the allowed limit, you can use the O/E Price Approval screen to approve the price. To do this, you must have Price Check Approval authorization.

  • Price approval is available only in Sage 300 Premium.
  • Price checks are set in Inventory Control price lists for particular items, price lists, and Sage 300 user IDs. For more information, see the Inventory Control help.
