Using the New Contract Wizard

To use the New Contract Wizard:
- Order Entry > O/E Transactions > Order Entry.
- On the O/E Order Entry screen, start a new order and select the following: In the Order Type field, select Quote. Select the Job-Related option.
- Click Contracts.
- Enter a new contract number (you can use the Contract Number tab to help you do this), and specify the number of the contract that you are copying to create this new contract.
- On the Contract Style tab, choose whether you want to create a basic contract or a standard contract.
- On the Optional Fields tab, choose whether you want to copy the optional fields from the template contract, use the PJC default optional fields, or use no optional fields for this contract.
- Click Finish to create the contract.
