O/E Sales History Report Screen
Click Print to print the report to your usual print destination.
If you use Preview as your print destination, you can print or export the report from the preview screen in the following ways:
- To print the report on your printer, click Print
on the SAP Crystal Reports® menu bar.
- To export the report to a file, click Export
on the SAP Crystal Reports® menu bar. (You can select Crystal Reports, PDF, Excel, RTF, or CSV as the export format.)
The Sales History screen provides a variety of From and To fields where you can specify secondary selection criteria, in addition to the ranges of years and period or document dates associated with the Select By field.
The fields that appear depend on the report type and sort order you select. More...
Select this option if you want to show invoice details, serial and lot numbers, or kit components in the report.
This option appears only for detail reports, and only if you select records by customer number or item number.
When you select this option, the options Include Serial/Lot Numbers and Print Kit Component Items appear.
Select the type of report you want to print:

Detail. Select sales history by year and period, or by document date.
You can sort sales history by customer number, item number, or primary salesperson.
If you sort by item or customer, you can also include invoice details, serial and lot numbers (if you use Serialized Inventory and Lot Tracking), and kit components on the report.
Depending on the sort order you select, you can also specify additional selection criteria. More..

- When sorting by customer, you can specify ranges of territories and salespersons.
- When sorting by item, you can specify ranges of account sets and item categories.
- When sorting by primary salesperson, you can specify a range of salesperson codes.

Note: You specify on the Processing tab of the O/E Options screen whether to accumulate sales history and statistics by calendar year or fiscal year, and the period type to use.
Select sales history to include in the report by specifying a range of years and periods, or a range of document dates.

Depending on the report type and sorting order you choose, you can also specify secondary selection criteria, including ranges of currency codes, customer numbers, item categories, salespersons, and territories.
- If you select Summary as the report type, you must specify a range of years and periods.
- If you select Totals as the report type, you can select Show Comparison, and then specify a second range of sales history for comparison with the first range.
Specify whether to sort information in the report by customer number, item number, or (if you selected Detail as the report type) primary salesperson.
Note: Other report settings become available depending on your selection. For example, if you select Primary Salesperson, you can also include kit components on the report.
Overview
The O/E Sales History report provides summarized or detailed sales information, including sales totals by customer, inventory item, or primary salesperson.
Use the report as a sales journal, to record sales staff performance by territory or location, and to indicate strengths and weaknesses in company sales.
Print the report after running Day End Processing, at the end of an accounting cycle, or any time you want to check on your sales performance.
After printing this report, you can use the O/E Clear History screen to clear sales history.
Note: To keep sales statistics that you print on this report, you must select the Keep Sales Statistics option on the O/E Options screen before you run Day End Processing.
Information Printed on This Report
The O/E Sales History report can include the following information:
- Details of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Sales, returns, and cost amounts for each transaction.
- Gross margin percent for each sale and return, as calculated during Day End Processing.
- If you use Serialized Inventory and Lot Tracking, serial numbers and lot numbers on the report.
- If you use multicurrency accounting, transaction details in functional or source (customer) currency.
