A/R Customer Information Screen

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Customers > Recurring Charges.

  2. On the Invoice tab, click the Zoom Zoom button button beside the Customer Number field.

This screen displays the address, contact, and telephone numbers entered in the customer record.
Check the information on this screen to ensure that you are entering the charge for the correct customer.

Tip: If the customer wants you to ship the goods associated with the recurring charge to another address, use the Finder for the Ship-To field to select a shipping address for the customer, or click the Zoom Zoom button button beside the field to open the Ship-To Information screen, and then type in the shipping address.
