System Information

This Help menu command provides the following information about your installed Sage 300 system:

• System Manager Version. This field displays the version of System Manager that you are currently running.
• Program Directory. This field displays drive and folder where Sage 300 programs are stored.
• Shared Data Directory. This field displays the drive and folder where shared data is stored.
• Applications. The columns of information display the version number of each application and service associated with Sage 300. A check mark in the ID column shows that the application or service is active for the current database.
• Modules button. Click this button to view information about Sage 300 DLL and OCX files, including the last modification date/time, the size of the file, and the location of each file. If there is a problem with your Sage 300 program, the information that a particular file is (or is not) up to date will be useful to technical support.
