Current Users Screen

This screen displays information about users currently signed in to Sage 300 using a LanPak license. It also displays information about users who are signed in without using a license, such as Timecard users.

When viewing users signed in using a LanPak license, you choose whether to see users who are signed in to the classic desktop or to web screens. The list of classic desktop users displays all LanPak users except for those signed in to web screens (for example, some macros and integrated programs may use LanPak licenses).

Also, the Administrator user can forcibly sign out users. For more information, see Forcibly Signing Out Users.

Tip: Click Refresh to refresh the information displayed on the screen.

The screen displays the following information:

• ID, name, and contact information for each user.

• If you select the Show screens users have open option, information is displayed about screens each user has open, including:

  • The company in which each screen is open.
  • When each screen was opened.

  Note: This option is available only if you select Classic Desktop in the Show Users Signed In To field.

• The maximum number of LanPak users who can be signed in to Sage 300 concurrently.
• The current number of LanPak users signed in to Sage 300.
• The total number of users with reserved LanPak licenses, and the number of reserved LanPak licenses that are currently in use.
