Printing Mailing Labels
                                            You use the P/O Mailing Labels screen to print mailing labels for sending purchase orders to vendors and for returning goods. More...
- Specify the number of labels to print for each purchase order or return on the Totals tab of the transaction entry form.
 - Decide which report format to use for printing labels.
 - POLABEL.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 12 labels [2-up].
 - POLABELP.RPT. A mailing label format that prints 14 labels.
 - Check the print destination to make sure that you are printing to the correct printer.
 
Purchase Orders ships with two standard labels.
To print mailing labels:

Purchase Orders > P/O Forms > Mailing Labels.
 - Fill in the following fields:
- Use Label. Specify the report format that you want to use to print labels. 
You can accept the default label report format, or click Browse to select a different one. (Purchase Orders displays the format that you last used for labels.)
 - Select. Specify whether to print labels for purchase orders or returns.
 - From/To. Specify the range of document numbers for which you want to print labels.
 - Include Labels Already Printed. Specify whether to print new copies of labels that you printed before.
 - Print Only Labels Marked Required. Specify whether to print labels for returns for which you selected the option Require Mailing Labels when you printed the returns.
 
 - Use Label. Specify the report format that you want to use to print labels.

Click Print.
Tip: If you are printing labels on a printer, you can click the Align button to print a sample copy of the label to check that the information prints in the right places on label stock.
