About SAP Crystal Reports

All reports in Purchase Orders use SAP Crystal Reports®, and have the file extension RPT.

You can:

• Modify any report using SAP Crystal Reports® for Sage 300.
• View previous tabs in the Print Preview screen without having to restart the report.
• Attach reports to an e-mail using the E-mail print destination in System Manager.

• Export reports (for the Print Preview screen) to a large number of formats, including:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • Data Interchange Format
  • Excel 2.1, 3.0, 4.1, and 5.0
  • HTML
  • Lotus 1-2-3
  • ODBC
  • Text
  • Paginated test
  • Columnar text
  • Rich Text Format (RTF)
  • Word for Windows
  • Lotus Notes
  • Microsoft Mail

Modifying Forms

To modify or create forms or repots, you must install SAP Crystal Reports® for Sage 300.
