I/C Item Location Details Quantity Inquiry Screen
Click Clear to restore the default filter criteria for this screen.
Click Details to view the details of a selected document in the originating entry screen.
Click the Go button to view documents that match the criteria you specified.
If you use Sage 300 Purchase Orders, click PO Receipts to view pending Purchase Orders receipts.
Select the type of document to include in your inquiry:
- Quantity on S/O (all sales orders).
- Quantity on P/O (all purchase orders).
- Quantity Committed (documents where the item has been committed for the order).
Select a shipping location or all locations.
Specify the item number you want to inquire about.
After you display sales orders or purchase orders containing this item, you can select an order and click Details to view quantities and other order information in the transaction entry screen.
These fields appear if you selected Quantity on S/O or Quantity Committed as the document type. They display the numbers and names of customers included on sales orders that contain the item you are inquiring on.
This is the posting date of the order containing the item that you are inquiring about.
If you are viewing quantities on sales order, you see expected ship dates for orders that contain the specified item.
If you are viewing quantities on purchase order, you see the expected arrival dates for orders that contain the specified item.
If you are inquiring on sales orders, you see sales order numbers for orders that contain the specified item.
If you are inquiring on purchase orders, you see purchase order numbers for orders that contain the specified item.
These fields appear if you select Quantity on P/O as the document type. They display the numbers and names of vendors included on purchase orders that contain the item you are inquiring on.
Overview
Use the I/C Item Location Details Quantity Inquiry screen to look up sales orders and purchase orders that include an item. You can filter inquiry results by location and by document type.
After you specify criteria, you can select an order and click the Details button to view additional information about the order in a transaction entry screen.
