Adding, Editing, or Deleting Currency Tables and Rates
Use the Currency Rates screen to create new currency tables, to enter and change exchange rates, and to delete outdated rates.
Before you start
- Add currency codes. For more information, see Adding, Editing, or Deleting Currency Codes.
- Add currency rate types. For more information, see Adding Currency Rate Types.
To add a currency table:
- Common Services > Currency > Currency Rates.
- Click the New button beside the Currency Table field.
- Enter information for the currency table, such as the currency to which amounts will be converted. For more information, see Currency Rates Screen.

In the detail table, enter a currency rate:
- Double-click the From Currency field, and then enter the code for the currency from which you are converting.
- Enter the rate date, rate, and spread.
- Click Add.
To add or change a currency rate:
- Common Services > Currency > Currency Rates.
- Use the controls in the Currency Table field to select a currency table.

On the detail table, do one of the following:
- Add a new rate. Click on the detail table, and then press Insert.
- Change an existing rate. Double-click on the Rate field or the Spread field, and then enter the correct information.
- Delete a rate. Select a rate, and then press Delete.
- Click Save.
