Users Screen

Overview

Note: Depending on how your system is set up, this desktop screen may also be available as a web screen. For more information, see the Web Screens Getting Started Guide or the help for Sage 300 web screens.

Use the Users screen to:

  • View, add, edit, or delete user records.
    • To view, add, edit, or delete user records for a secured company database, you must have security rights for the database.
    • The Admin user record cannot be deleted, and only the system administrator can modify it.
  • Allow users to sign on to Sage 300 using their Windows domain account.
