A/R Customer Transactions Report
Overview
The Customer Transactions report lists transactions that were posted to customer accounts during the period you specify when you print the report. You can order the transactions by document date, by document number, or by fiscal year and period. Use this report to obtain an overview of the current status of your customer accounts.
Information Printed on This Report
The customer transactions can include the following information:
- The number of days an invoice is overdue (in the Days over column), which indicates the payment habits of customers and highlights seriously overdue transactions that may require action or investigation.
- Customer balance.
- The contact person, telephone number, and credit limit of each customer (if you select the Contact/Phone/Credit option).
- Subtotals if you sort by customer group, account set, billing cycle, national account, or an optional text field (not a Date or Amount field) when using a single currency ledger or a multicurrency ledger using the functional currency.
- Totals by currency code in a multicurrency ledger using the customer currency. Also, subtotals by account set if you sort first by account set.
