Printing Labels

Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Customer Reports > Labels.

Overview

Use this screen to print mailing labels, either for customer addresses or for their ship-to locations.

Note: You can also use the A/R Statements/Letters/Labels screen to print mailing labels for customer addresses.

You can use one of the label designs that come with Accounts Receivable (ARLABELAVERY5162.RPT or ARLABELAVERY5160.RPT), or you can create your own custom designs.

When to Print

Print labels when you need to send envelopes or packages to your customers.
