Printing a List of Overdue Customer Accounts

You can use the A/R Customer List screen to generate a list of customers by overdue amount, using aging criteria to determine transactions that are overdue.

To print a list of overdue customer accounts:

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Customers > Customer List.
  2. In the first Select By fields in the Customer Range area, specify initial selection criteria (such as range of customer numbers, customer groups, and/or account sets).
  3. In the next Select By field, select Overdue Amount, and in the From and To fields specify a range of overdue amounts that customers must owe to be included on the report.
  4. Use the remaining Select By fields to specify additional criteria as needed.
  5. Under Aging, select options to determine the transactions that are current and those that are overdue. More...
    • Age By. Select Due Date to age overdue amounts by their document due dates.
    • Age As Of. Specify the date as of which to age transactions. Each transaction is assigned to an aging period by calculating the number of days between its due date and the Age As Of date.
    • Cutoff Date. Specify the latest due date that a transaction can have to be included on the report. (The report includes only transactions with a due date on or before the cutoff date you specify.)
    • Include Prepayments. Select this option to take customer prepayments into account when calculating overdue balances.
  6. Under Include, select the Contact Information option to include the name, phone number, and email address of each customer contact in the report.
  7. Click Process.

    The Customer List Preview screen appears and displays customer accounts that match the criteria you specified.

  8. Click Print.
  9. Click Close to return to the Customer List screen.
