P/O Receipt Entry Ship-To Location Screen

  1. Open Purchase Orders > P/O Transactions > Receipt Entry.
  2. Click the Zoom Zoom button button beside the Ship-To Location field, or press the F9 key in the field.

Type the address for the location where goods are to be shipped, or edit the displayed information if necessary.

Type the name of a contact person, department, or position at the ship-to location, and enter a phone number, fax number, and e-mail address if appropriate (or edit the displayed contact).

Type a description of the location, such as a company name, or edit displayed information if necessary.

Type the fax number for the location, or edit displayed number if necessary.

Type the phone number for the location, or edit displayed number if necessary.

(display only)

The program displays the code for the specified ship-to location, if any.

Overview

Use the Ship-To Location screen to edit an existing ship-to location address or to enter a new ship-to address for the receipt.

Note: You do not have to enter a ship-to location code or address information.
