Viewing Location Details for an Item

You can use the I/C Location Details screen to look up information about the locations where you stock individual items, and to view the number of items at each location on purchase order, on sales order, and committed to orders.

To view details for an item at a specific location:

1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Items and Price Lists > Location Details.

2. In the Item Number field, enter the item number.
3. In the table, select (highlight) the location, and then click the Drilldown button in the Quantity on P/O, the Quantity on S/O, or the Quantity Committed headings to see details for the location.

   Note: You can drill down to specific orders in the next screen that appears.
