To rearrange or hide columns on the preview list:
- To hide a column, left-click the column heading, and then click Hide on the menu that appears.
- To move a column, click the column heading, and then, while holding down the mouse key, drag and drop the column in the position you want it.
Note: The report includes all the generated columns in the order they were generated. Hiding or reordering columns on the preview list does not change their order on the report.
