Print Periodic Processing Checklists

System Manager comes with three checklists that you can print and use as you complete periodic tasks in Sage 300.

The checklists can help you keep track of the procedures you should perform in each program at day end, period end, and year end. The tasks are listed in sequence to ensure that processing is orderly and efficient.

To view or print a checklist:

  1. On the Windows Start menu, click Programs, then Sage 300.
  2. Click Online Documentation, then click System Manager x.x (where “x.x” is the version of System Manager you are using).
  3. Click the checklist you want to use on the list.

    Acrobat Reader will start.

    Note: If the checklists do not appear on the Start menu, use Windows Explorer to open the checklist from the DOCS\SMxxAENG folder in the Sage 300 program folder. (The default location is C:\Sage\Sage300\DOCS.)

  4. On the File menu, click Print.
  5. Adjust the print settings, if necessary, and then click OK.
