User Authorizations Screen

Open Administrative Services > User Authorizations.

This column displays each application that you are running.

Specify the security group to assign to an application.

Specify the user you are adding to security groups.

Use the User Authorizations screen to assign users to security groups or remove users from security groups.

You use security groups to specify tasks that users can perform.
