Data Activation Screen

Open Administrative Services > Data Activation.

Overview

Use the Data Activation screen to activate Bank Services, Tax Services, G/L Subledger Services, and accounting applications, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and Order Entry. (The screen lists applications that have not been activated.)

After you activate an application, its icon appears on the company desktop, and a check mark appears beside the application name on the System Information screen.

Notes:
  • Only the system administrator can activate data.
  • You must close all application screens for the company before you can activate applications and services.
