I/C Transfer Slips Report
Overview
Use the I/C Transfer Slips screen to print transfer slips to accompany goods to the receiving location (either carried by the driver or attached to the goods by way of a clear packing envelope or window envelope).
Transfer slips provide a column where the receiver can check whether the goods received (items and quantities) match the goods shipped.
When to Print
Print transfer slips when you are posting stock transfers and want to attach transfer slips to the transfer shipment.
You can also enter transfer transactions first, and then print a group of transfer slips later using the menu.
Information Printed on the Slips
The upper part of the transfer slip includes the following information:
- The date and transfer number
- The Transfer To and Transfer From information, including the address.

- Either the quantity received or a blank space where the person receiving the transfer can write the quantity received (depending on the report format you select).
