I/C Aged Inventory Report
Overview
The I/C Aged Inventory report prints the net changes in item quantities and costs for each of four aging periods.
The report can be printed in either a:
- Detailed version, which prints all individual transactions affecting item quantities and costs.
- Summary version, which prints only the totals of the net changes for each aging period.
Note: The cost of the items received in the inventory is the actual cost of the item. The calculation of the cost of the items shipped from inventory depends on the costing methods used.
Information Printed on This Report
You can print a detailed or summary version of the report.
prints all individual transactions affecting item quantities and costs. The summary version prints only the totals of the net changes for each period.
The detailed report:
- Lists the quantities and costs for the four aging periods. Period 1 uses the date specified for Aged Transactions As Of as the starting point.
- Shows opening balances, net changes, and closing balances for quantities and costs in each of the aging periods.
- If you selected a sort order, the report includes subtotals by the sorting order field (category, item segment, or an optional field).
- If you selected Separate Locations, the report prints each location on a new page.
The summary version of the report includes one line for each item number, listing the net change in item quantities and costs in each of the four aging periods.
