Printing Sage 300 Reports

You can print Sage 300 data in a variety of reports to view key information. Printed reports also serve as a source of backup information in case your data is damaged or lost.

Reports in Sage 300 are generated in one of the following ways:

You print Sage 300 reports from report screens in the web application, and you print Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud reports from a Microsoft XLSX file that you download or open from the Intelligence menu in Sage 300cloud.

Tip: Use the Reports list to create shortcuts to the reports you use most often. For more information, see Adding and Managing Shortcuts to Reports.

To print a Sage 300 report:

  1. On the Sage 300cloud home page, use the navigation menu or the Reports list to open a Sage 300 report.
  2. Specify settings for the report.

    Tip: To find instructions while viewing the report, click the Help Image of Help icon. menu and browse available help topics.

  3. Click Print.

    The Export Report screen opens in a new browser tab, allowing you to specify the file format to which to print.

    You can streamline the printing process by customizing your system to always print to one file format. If you do this, the Export Report screen does not appear and the following steps are unnecessary. For details about making this customization, see Sage Knowledgebase article 108813.

  4. Specify a file format.

    To print a physical copy of the report, print to a PDF and then print to your physical printer from the PDF.

  5. Click Export.

    The report is printed to a file of the specified format.

To print a Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud report:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Intelligence.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Use Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud to open and print the report.
