Setting Up a Multicurrency Database
When you create your company profile, you specify whether or not your company uses multiple currencies.

- Install the Sage 300 Multicurrency product.
- In the Company Profile, select the Multicurrency option, and then specify your currency.
To set up a multicurrency database:
- Add your currency code if you use one that is not supplied with Sage 300. For more information, see Adding, Editing, or Deleting Currency Codes.
- Add your currency rate type if you use one that is not supplied with Sage 300. For more information, see Adding Currency Rate Types.
- Add currency rates and tables for each combination of currency and rate type you use. For more information, see Adding, Editing, or Deleting Currency Tables and Rates.

On a day-to-day basis, enter and update currency rates, using the Currency Rates screen. For more information, see Currency Rates Screen.
