The following General Ledger screens display batch and journal entry information:

G/L Batch List. This screen lists all the batches in the general ledger, in order by batch number, together with information about each batch, such as:
- Batch number
- Batch description
- Source ledger
- Type and status
- Whether printed
- Dates created and last edited
- Whether Ready to Post
- Batch and quantity totals
- Number of entries and errors
- Batch Status Report. This report shows all activity that has taken place in currently unposted
batches, and in batches that have been posted or deleted since the last
time the report data was cleared.

- Batch Listing Report. This report lists the contents of unposted batches and identifies errors.
Use it to check transaction batches after retrieving or importing batches
and before posting any batches.

- Posting Journal. This report lists transactions that have just been posted.
