A/R Delete Inactive Records Screen


Enter the range of records from which to select:
- To specify a range of records, enter the lowest number or code in the From field and the highest number or code in the To field.
- To specify a single record, enter its number or code in both fields.
- To select all records, leave the From field blank and the To field showing Zs.

Select the types of records to delete.
You can delete all records of the selected type, or use the From and To fields to specify ranges of inactive customers, customer groups, national accounts, salespersons,

Specify the range of dates from which to delete inactive records.
All records must currently have Inactive status and must also have had that status assigned to them within the range of dates you specify. (That is, the Inactive date in the record must be a date in the specified range.)
