P/O Bill-To Location Screen

  1. Open Purchase Orders > P/O Transactions > Invoice Entry.
  2. Click the Zoom Zoom button button beside the Bill-To Location field, or press the F9 key in the field.

Use the Address field to type the address for the location, or edit the displayed information if necessary.

If you use Inventory Control and you selected a bill-to location code, the program displays the location code.

If you do not use Inventory Control, you can click the Zoom Zoom button button beside the field name.

Enter the bill-to location information by typing in the screen that appears.

Enter the name of a contact person, department, or position.

Use the Description field to type a description of the location, such as a company name, or edit a displayed description if necessary. You do not have to include a description.

Use the E-mail field to type the e-mail address for the location, or edit the displayed address if necessary.

Use the Fax Number field to type the fax number for the location or edit a displayed number if necessary.

Use the Phone Number field to type the telephone number for the location or edit a displayed number if necessary.

Use the Bill-To Location screen to edit an existing bill-to location address or to type a new billing address for the invoice.
