You can view details about transactions that have been applied to a document you select on the detail table of the A/R Refund Entry screen.
Before you start
- Select or create the refund batch and the refund entry.
To view the history of a credit note or prepayment:
- On the detail table on the A/R Refund Entry screen, select the document.
- Click History.
The A/R Document History screen appears.
- After reviewing history, close the screen to return to the A/R Refund Entry screen.
