You can print Sage 300 data in a variety of reports to view key information. Printed reports also serve as a source of backup information in case your data is damaged or lost.

You print Sage 300 from report screens in the web application, and you print Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud reports from a Microsoft XLSX file that you download or open from the Intelligence menu in Sage 300cloud.
Tip: Use the Reports list to create shortcuts to the reports you use most often. For more information, see Adding and Managing Shortcuts to Reports.
To print a Sage 300 report:
Specify settings for the report.
Tip: To find instructions while viewing the report, click the Help menu and browse available help topics.
Click Print.
The report opens in a new browser tab in the SAP Crystal Reports® viewer.
Print or export the file.
