Fields and controls
Adjustments
Enter the number and cost of adjustments posted during the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Internal Usage
Enter the number and cost of internal usage transactions posted during the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Receipt Adjustments
Enter the number and cost of receipt adjustments posted during the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Receipt Returns
Enter the number and cost of receipt returns posted during the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Receipts
Enter the number and cost of receipt transactions posted during the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Shipments
Enter the number, cost, and sales/return amounts of shipments posted in the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Shipment Returns
Enter the number, cost, and sales/return amounts of shipment returns for the statistical period. If you use multicurrency accounting, enter amounts in your company's functional currency.
Transfers
Enter the number of transfers posted during the statistical period.
Year and Period
Specify the year and period for which you want to add, edit, or view transaction statistics.
Overview
If you selected the Keep Item Statistics option on the I/C Options screen, you can use the I/C Transaction Statistics screen to:
- View transaction statistics for the years and statistical periods for which you keep data.
- Add transaction data for your inventory items so you can use the I/C Transaction Statistics report to assist you in managing your inventory (if you also selected the Allow Edit Of Statistics option on the I/C Options screen).
You can add transaction data for statistical periods from the current year and from previous years during setup. You can also add transaction data after setup.
If you have a multicurrency system, you enter statistical amounts in the functional currency.
Note: To edit sales data, you need security authorization for Day End Processing and/or Item Maintenance.
