I/C Item Valuation Report
Overview
The I/C Item Valuation report shows the value of inventory quantities on hand, calculated for the items, locations, costs, or optional fields you select for the report.
When to Print
Print the report when you want to see inventory values.
Information Printed on This Report
The report includes different information, depending on the options you select:
For Transaction Costs, Items by Location, and Detail, the report includes:
- The item number, description, and costing method for each item at a location that had transactions.
- The location code.
- The quantity on hand, stocking unit, costs, average unit values, and costing units at that location.
- Total quantity and costs of items that had transactions at each location.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Transaction Costs, Items by Location, and Summary, the report includes:
- The item number, description, quantity on hand, and stocking unit for each item that had transactions.
- Costing information for each item for each costing method selected for the report.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Transaction Costs, Consolidated Locations, and Detail, the report includes:
- The item number, description, and costing method for each item that had transactions.
- The quantity on hand and stocking unit for each item.
- Costing information for each item for each costing method selected for the report.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Transaction Costs, Consolidated Locations, and Summary, the report consists of a single line showing the total costs (for each costing method selected for the report) for inventory items that had transactions.
For Transaction Costs, Separate Locations, and Detail, the report includes:
- The location code and location description.
- The transactions.
- The average unit value and costing unit.
- The total costs for all items at the location that had transactions.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Transaction Costs, Separate Locations, and Summary, the report includes:
- The location code and location description.
- The total costs for all items at the location that had transactions.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Transaction Costs, Items by Location, and Detail, the report includes:
- The item number, description, and costing method for each item at a location.
- The location code.
- The quantity on hand, stocking unit, costs, average unit values, and costing units at that location.
- Total quantity and costs at each location.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Location Detail Costs, Items by Location, and Summary, the report includes the totals for all items for each costing method selected for the report.
- The item number, description, quantity on hand, and stocking unit for each item across all locations.
- Costing information for each item for each costing method selected for the report.

For Location Detail Costs, Consolidated Locations, and Detail, the report includes:
- The item number, description, and costing method for each item across all locations.
- The quantity on hand and stocking unit for each item.
- Costing information for each item for each costing method selected for the report.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Location Detail Costs, Consolidated Locations, and Summary, the report consists of a single line showing the total costs (for each costing method selected for the report) for all inventory items.
For Location Detail Costs, Separate Locations, and Detail, the report includes:
- The location code and location description.
- The total costs for all items at the location.
- The grand total for all locations.
For Location Detail Costs, Separate Locations, and Summary, the report includes:
- A separate page for each location, with the location code and location description.
- A separate listing for each item, with the costing method, quantity on hand stocking unit, cost, and average unit value.
- The total costs for all items at the location.
- The grand total for all locations.
