Printing the I/C Inventory Movement Report
The I/C Inventory Movement report shows the quantities and extended costs of inventory items that were received into stock and shipped out of stock during the specified period, as well as the opening and ending balance.
The report shows each stock activity transaction. You can group items in all locations together or display items in each location separately.
Note: The
cost of the items received in the inventory is the actual cost of the
item. The calculation of the cost of the items shipped from inventory depends
on the costing methods used.
To print the I/C Inventory Movement report:
- Open Inventory Control > I/C Stock Control Reports > Inventory Movement
Report.
- In the I/C Inventory Movement Report screen for Select Transactions By, select the method to report
the inventory:

transactions within a date range, select
Date, enter the first date of the range for From Date, and enter the last date of the range for To.
- To include
transactions within a fiscal year period range, select Fiscal Year/Period, enter the first year/period of the range for From Year/Period, and enter the last year/period of the range for To.

Locations, the report prints each location on a new page. If you select

for all locations (within the range you specify).
- If you have a multicurrency ledger, choose whether you want
to see amounts in source or functional currency.
- If you only want to include a range of account sets, locations, or item numbers, enter the range in the From and To columns in the table.
- If you
want to sort the report by item category, item segment, or an optional
field value, select the sort order for Sort By. If you also want to limit the report to a range of values for the sort field, enter the range for From and To.
- Click Print.
The report appears in a new window. You can print the report or export it to a file.
