- Open either of these screens:
- I/C Inventory Counts screen (select Inventory Control > I/C Physical Inventory > Inventory Counts)
- I/C Physical Inventory Quantities screen (select Inventory Control > I/C Physical Inventory > Physical Inventory Quantities)
- Select a location.
- In the table for an item, click
(the Edit button) in the Quantity Counted column.
Overview
Use this screen if the item has more than one unit of measure so you can enter the quantity for each unit of measure defined for the item, such as the number of crates or boxes.
When you close this screen, Inventory Control converts these quantities into a single total expressed in the item's stocking units, which is displayed in the Quantity Counted column for the item on the I/C Inventory Counts screen or the I/C Physical Inventory Quantities screen.
