You can delete locations one at a time using the I/C Locations screen (the same screen you use to add locations to Inventory Control).
Note: You cannot delete a location if any items are assigned to it, or if any inventory worksheets exist for the location. You must first assign its items to another location or delete the items. If an inventory worksheet exists for the location, you must delete it also.
Before trying to delete a location, you can set its status to Inactive to ensure that no additional items are assigned to it. You can then wait until the end of the fiscal or calendar year to delete it (depending on the method you use to accumulate item statistics).
Use the I/C Locations screen to set locations Inactive.
